29 States is an Indian restaurant and catering business overlooking Clifford’s Tower. Its name celebrates the regional cuisines of India, bringing together Punjabi tandoor cooking, Bengali seafood, Rajasthani spice, Goan flavours and slow-cooked curries from across the country.
