Description:
Pavement Vaults is York’s first smokehouse, serving BBQ smoked meats, burgers, small plates, craft beer, wine and cocktails from its historic Piccadilly spot. With low and slow cooking over Yorkshire oak, house-made sauces and a strong beer selection behind the bar, it is the kind of place where “I’ll just have a quick bite” can quickly become ribs, brisket, beers and a very serious nap later.
