Shambles Sausage and Pie Company is an independent butcher and pie shop keeping the street’s historic food tradition alive. Its small team produces handmade sausages, freshly baked pork pies, sausage rolls, pasties and generously filled meat pies using traditional recipes and responsibly sourced ingredients. Look out for dry-cured bacon, crispy belly pork, duck savouries and the hefty York egg, but arrive early because the daily favourites can sell out.
