Description:
Hello Music Lounge is the neon-lit cocktail and karaoke hideout above House of Fu, mixing Japanese-inspired interiors, pastel booths, cocktails, DJs and private party vibes in one brilliantly loud little Leeds escape. Basically, it’s ramen downstairs, chaos upstairs. The correct order of operations.
Good for:
Cocktails, karaoke nights, private parties, birthday drinks, group socials, DJs, colourful interiors, late-night plans and anyone who says “just one song” before absolutely demolishing ABBA.
Nearby:
Headrow House, Victoria Quarter, Briggate, Leeds Grand Theatre, Belgrave Music Hall, Leeds Art Gallery, The Light.
Make a Day of It:
Start with ramen at House of Fu, then head upstairs to Hello for cocktails, karaoke and neon-lit nonsense. If you’re making a proper night of it, you’re perfectly placed for Headrow House, Belgrave Music Hall or a wander down Briggate — assuming your voice survives the karaoke room.
The Tidy Take:
Hello Music Lounge is a fun one because it doesn’t take itself too seriously — cocktails, music, karaoke and party-room sparkle all bundled into one city-centre spot. Great for birthdays, group nights and anyone brave enough to pick the first song. Choose wisely. Friendships have ended over worse playlists.
