Description:
SALT Calls Landing is a craft beer and cocktail bar on The Calls, serving award-winning SALT and Ossett beers, cask, cocktails on tap, tequila and proper Yorkshire pies with mash, peas and gravy. It is relaxed, dog-friendly, family-friendly until early evening and nicely placed for river walks, casual drinks and those “one pint by the water” plans that are clearly lying to themselves.

Good for:
Craft beer, cask ale, cocktails on tap, tequila, Yorkshire pies, casual drinks, dog-friendly visits, group catch-ups, riverside pints, relaxed lunches and anyone who thinks pie and mash should count as emotional support.

Nearby:
The Calls, Leeds Minster, River Aire, Leeds Corn Exchange, Kirkgate Market, Leeds Dock, The Tetley, Victoria Gate, Call Lane.

Make a Day of It:
Start with a wander around Leeds Dock, The Calls or Kirkgate Market, then head to SALT Calls Landing for beers, cocktails and a proper pie. If the weather is playing nice, make the most of the outdoor seating and turn it into a slow riverside stop before heading towards Call Lane or the Corn Exchange.

The Tidy Take:
SALT Calls Landing is a very Leeds kind of drinking spot, good beer, easy atmosphere, pies on the menu and a location that makes a casual pint feel like a tiny city break. Great for mates, dogs, after-work drinks and anyone who knows that cocktails on tap are both convenient and dangerous.
